In April, I photographed the wedding of Laura and David at Our Lady of Perpetual Succour in Northampton, followed by their wedding reception at The Walnut Tree Inn, in Blisworth.
The rain had been forecast for later on, but it started out as a blazingly hot sunny morning.

The bride was getting ready with her bridesmaids and mum. A while later, various family members arrived in preparation for the big reveal.

As a surprise, Laura’s mum and dad had booked a Cadilac to take them to the church and onwards to the Walnut Tree Inn.

I headed off to the church to meet up with the Groom and be ready for the bride’s arrival.

It was time for the ceremony to begin!

After the ceremony, we headed out into the gardens for the group and family photos. And I got to use my drone too for the big group shot!

After the family photos, I spent a little extra time with the bride and groom to get their wedding portraits together.

We then headed to the Walnut Tree Inn for their wedding reception.

After the wedding breakfast, it was time for the speeches.

After a quick room turnaround, it was time for the cake cutting, first dance, and for the partying to begin!

The evening entertainment was provided by Jukebox MK who were awesome. Laura also sang a song for her husband whilst performing on the Ukelele.

If you’re having your wedding in Northampton, why not give me a shout. I’d love to photograph your wedding!
