The Evening Reception of Jon & Sarah
On Saturday I photographed Jon & Sarah for their Stevenage Holiday Inn Wedding (https://histevenage.com/).
They had married a few weeks prior at a ceremony held in Las Vegas. On their return to England, they asked me to be on hand to capture a few hours of their evening reception back in the UK.
The Holiday Inn has an entire floor allocated for your wedding or function. After a short trip in the lift, you will find the function room await you.
Their wedding cake was simple and elegant. It was actually made by the Bride herself! A true talent indeed!
The flamingos on top of the wedding cake were also made from icing . The whole cake looked amazing.

A short while later, the wedding guests began to arrive. Many had a joke with the bride and groom and asked about their ceremony.
In true tradition, the bride and groom had their first dance. This is one of my favourite shots. It allows me to capture a number of different emotions in a short space of time.
We took a few group shots of family and guests, cut the cake, and the party continued late into the night.
