The Wedding of Kate & Stephen
A while back I was the Hertford wedding photographer for Kate & Stephen at the Catholic Church Of The Immaculate Conception & St. Joseph.
It was a bright sunny day and I arrived early to look around the church. I met with the priest and discussed where I could be positioned throughout the ceremony.
Although the church grounds were fairly small, there were a number of wonderful areas for photographs.
When shooting in Churches, photographers cannot use flash. But this was no problem as it was so bright, light and airy inside.
As family & friends began to arrive, and I took the opportunity to get shots of the guests before meeting up with the Groom and his Best Man.
Soon the bride arrived along with her mother. It was mum who was going to give her away.
The bride wore a lovely dress and looked stunning.
The ceremony began and mum walked her daughter up the aisle.
From the side of the altar, I captured the exchange of vows and the wedding rings without disturbing the ceremony.
After the ceremony, we headed outside and took the group and couple shots. Afterwards, the bride and groom headed off for a private meal with their family & friends.
