The Wedding of Pamela & Sam
A few weeks ago I provided the Harlow Registry Office photography for Pamela and Sam’s Wedding (http://www.harlow.gov.uk/).
We then went to a small reception at Sam’s house in Bishops Stortford.
I arrived at Harlow Registry Office on Saturday morning just as the weather forecast was predicting a storm would arrive, so I was expecting rain, wind and the possibility we wouldn’t be able to do much outside so we decided to play it by ear. I was on hand to capture the arrival of their guests to witness their Wedding Vows, followed shortly by the Bride herself.
The rain stopped briefly enough to quickly go outside for the confetti and travel onwards to Bishops Stortford.
Due to the weather and the number of guests, a Nikon 20MM Wide Angle lens was used to ensure everyone could be seen in the group shots.
The best man wasn’t a fan of Prosecco for the toasting speeches, so undertook some improvisation. 🙂
We made the most of a break in the weather. We headed outside with all of the guests for a group shot. I then took Pamela and Sam out for some couple portraits.
