Bedfordshire Wedding Photographer

I’m Steve, a Bedfordshire wedding photographer, and I love wedding photography. After 15 years of shooting weddings, I know how to control a crowd and get the best photos of people and couples. Although I am not based in Bedfordshire (I’m in Herts), it is one of the UK home counties that I cover, and Bedfordshire is also only 25 miles from me alongside London and the counties of Buckinghamshire and Essex.

Let's Talk About Bedfordshire Wedding Venues

There are many beautiful Bedfordshire venues for weddings, from rustic barns, hotels, golf courses to grand manor houses. All of these locations make fantastic backdrops for stunning wedding photography images. Through my years of being a wedding photographer, I have a few favourite Bedfordshire wedding venues, including The Barns Hotel, its lush riverside views and quiet location. Moreteyne Manor is likewise a lovely venue based in Bedfordshire in the East of England, with a small indoor area for intimate weddings and a huge marquee for larger weddings.

As a Bedfordshire wedding photographer, I love the beautifully maintained gardens of the Luton Hoo, one of the most breathtaking venues in this county.

There is such a variety of wedding venues for you to choose from in the home counties for your big day, be it in Milton Keynes, Leighton Buzzard or even at the Woburn sculpture gallery. In any location, I will ensure that your wedding photographs look awesome in your wedding album, which will be filled with photos of your wedding dress, guests, friends and family, and of each other sharing in the laughter and emotions of your day. You will love the results of my work.

There Are So Many Wedding Photographers, Why Should I Choose You For Our Wedding Day?

I understand that you have many options when it comes to wedding photographers for your wedding. Wedding photography is more than just a job for me. Taking awesome photos of weddings is my passion. I’d love to be your Bedfordshire wedding photographer and shoot your wedding portraits and provide you with images that detail all of the natural moments of your special day. (I can even provide smaller replica albums that you can give to your family so that they have prints detailing your day’s memories).

If you like my style of wedding photography, then don’t delay and get in touch. I am an approved supplier for many wedding venues, not just because of my photos’ quality but also because I am reliable and can easily co-ordinate your day. With all my packages, you will get all of my edited photographs. The aim of myself and the photography team is to ensure your day goes as smoothly as possible and failure is not an option!

Feedback from people is always about how much they laughed with me. I am foremost a professional wedding photographer, but that won’t stop us having some fun!

Fancy An Engagement/Pre-Wedding Shoot in Bedfordshire?

When photographers offer you an engagement shoot, make sure you take them up on the offer. With myself, I guarantee there will be a lot of laughter and lots of fun, and it’s a great way to get to know your wedding photographer and grab some awesome photos of your natural moments together with your partner-to-be. The location for your engagement shoot does not need to be your wedding venue. It could be anywhere that is special to you or even at your home. And after the photography from this day has finished, you could even look to use these photos for your save the date cards!

Options For Your Bedfordshire Wedding Photography

I offer several options within my wedding photography collection plus you can customise your own package, so the choice is yours. You may be put off by my price and may have seen other wedding photographers at a lower cost. Others offering wedding photography at a lower price often have less experience or maybe trying to build their portfolio. For myself, the price represents the value that I’ll bring to your wedding day and through my editing afterwards.

But most importantly, trust your gut, and if you’re looking for a photographer in the county of Bedfordshire and you like my style, please get in touch so that we can discuss the opportunity to photograph your special day.

My Friend Has A Great Camera. He Could Be Our Wedding Photographer, Right?

All professional photographers will tell you not to do this. Why? Because there is so much more to being a wedding photographer than just being able to take great photos. Will your friend know all the ways on how to make you look your best in your wedding portraits? Will they know where you should put your hands? Do they know and are they prepared for everything that happens during the wedding ceremony, including the moments where they aren’t legally allowed to take photographs? Will they actually enjoy themselves? What is their editing style? Will their commercial camera have the same features if a memory card becomes corrupt? Do they have more than one camera body? Will they be able to answer your questions and concerns about where they should stand?

Professional photographers like myself shoot to dual wedding cards. A professional photographer will carry multiple camera bodies because they can’t really ask you to pause the ceremony whilst they run down to Jessops to buy another camera. We know the answers to all of the frequently asked questions and will help prepare you for every step of the way.

Being a wedding photographer in Bedfordshire and managing weddings is not easy and is more than just taking photos. For sure you’ll save on price, but are you willing to risk your photography for the sake of a few pounds, for an event where there is only one chance to get the perfect shot on the most special day of your life?

How Would You Describe Your Wedding Photography Style?

My wedding photography style is primarily natural and unposed. For sure I’ll advise if a hand looks awkward or out of place, but through my prompts and your laughter, we’ll bring out your natural reactions and personality, and I guarantee we’ll get awesome photos of your wedding day.

The aim for myself and my award-winning team is to capture images in our own natural style and look out for all the natural moments and interactions from your Bedfordshire wedding day.

If you are planning a Bedfordshire wedding and looking for a Bedfordshire wedding photographer to photograph your wedding day, I would love to chat with you to talk about your plans! Below you will find a blog which includes my shots from some of my most recent Bedfordshire weddings that I’ve shot with my couples.
